More than twenty bikers riding in a group will most certainly make other road users a bit uncomfortable. Double up their numbers and add some recklessness and you might end up with a driver getting triggered and starting mowing people down. Just like what’s happening here.
Don’t get me wrong, riding in a group with your friends is an awesome experience. But gather up a whole neighborhood on two wheels and you’re definitely going to have some biking douchery display at some point. And that’s what gives motorcyclists a bad name.

There’s no garden without its weeds as they say, and the larger the group, the bigger the chance for law breaking and stunt displaying to occur. The clips below don’t show what the bikers were doing before the mad pickup truck driver comes, but judging by their number and the lack of riding formation, it’s quite clear they weren’t casually going for a picnic.

The first video description also points to some “great stunt content” on social media websites, enforcing the fact these riders are quite some wheelie enthusiasts. This most certainly had to do with the truck driver going berserk and swerving through the group.

This only got the riders as mad and from this point things escalated quickly with the driver ending up being surrounded and running over a sportbike. Luckily no one got hurt, but this is a lesson showing what can happen when the wrong people get to meet on the road.

I’m not saying the driver is right, but I’m pretty sure some reckless riders made his blood boil because of loud exhausts, unnecessary display of skill and generally turning the streets into their playground.

Groups like these tend to stick up the most and get all motorcyclists labeled as hoodlum degenerates. Being on a powerful motorcycle and ganging up doesn’t give you right to own the street and behave like a chimp.

You might feel invincible with your trembling engine and loud exhaust pipe underneath leading the pack behind, but at the end of the day, you’re still on a 450 lb bike with skin exposed while the other party safely sits in 2-ton cages of steel.

Be polite, respect others, ride safe and leave the stunt display part for closed roads!
