Student Build Challenge Legends Ride Receives More Awards

Sturgis Buffalo Chip announecs that the already acclaimed Student Build Challenge Legends Ride bike was awarded two more prizes at the 25th Annual Black Hills Motorcycle Show in Rapid City, SD. The machine won the first place in the Full Custom Bagger category and Best Paint Overall.

The Student Build Challenge involves the complete tear-down and rebuild of a bike, in this case a Road King, unsing custom parts and accessories donated by the top brands in the industry. The Legends Ride project involved turning a Road King into a Road Glide, and needed 377 man hours for completion.
