Still Flexin’: Floyd Mayweather Gives Tour of His All-Black Car Collection

Boxing champ Floyd Mayweather was never a shrinking violet when it came to flaunting the lavish lifestyle his many accomplishments in the sport made possible. If anything, he is the very definition of flashy, flexin’.

A nasty rumor making the rounds in the past couple of months claims that Mayweather un-retired because he’s broke. He’s scheduled to take to the ring again at the end of February 2021 for a much-hyped exhibition fight with Logan Paul, a YouTuber turned amateur boxer. The idea of “Money” Mayweather, the nearly-undefeated champion, fighting a YouTuber was enough to make many wonder whether there was trouble in financial paradise.

There isn’t, Mayweather is keen on showing. In his latest Instagram Live, captured by Worldstar and available for your viewing pleasure at the bottom of the page, the champ shows off his packed garage and offers a totally random (and quite funny) tour of his Beverly Hills, California mansion. Or, as he’s been calling it since 2017, his “Castle.”

Mayweather’s video begins with the everyday dilemma of the modern millionaire: what car should he take out as his daily? In the process, he also shows off his garage “furniture,” as he once called his all-black collection. It’s mostly Bentleys, Rolls-Royces, and Ferraris (entire families for each!) but, what do you know, he also has the brand-new 2021 Mercedes Maybach GLS 600, sitting by the side casually with a big red bow on the hood.

As Mayweather names each one of his cars (Cullinan, Phantom, Wraith, Flying Spur, Continental GT, 488, Portofino, Lusso), his driver finally settles on the Bentley Flying Spur and proceeds to take it out. While he does that, the star takes fans through a tour of his house: there’s a giant interior pool accessible right from the garage, fireplaces, lots of marble and soft lighting, plush sofas that look un-sat in, and a huge bedroom.

Once the tour is over, he sits down to complete his look of the day – a rock’n’roll vibe is how he describes it. It includes ripped jeans and boots and a leather jacket with studs and chains on the back, weighing at least a couple of pounds. The video ends here.

Fans will know that this isn’t the first time Mayweather has shown them inside his home or his garage. In fact, he frequently decks himself in heavy gold or diamond jewelry to show that he’s still swimming in cash. He fully documented his all-black obsession for cars in late 2019.
