The Vectrix VX-3 has been advertised as a revolutionary scooter. Now, we're not quite sure where is the revolution going to take place, since there already are 3-wheel scooters out there, so the number of wheels is not that much of a new things anymore. Or is it about the fact that we'll get an electric 3-wheeler? Honestly, we seem to fail to get it.
On the other hand, Vectrix have been doing a lot of good work all these years and we're expecting really nice things form the oncoming three-wheeler. The very launch date is yet uncertain and Vectrix only teases us with some technical data, promising as lows as 1 cent per mile from the 42 Ah LiFePO4 battery.

The estimated range is somewhere between 50 and 80 miles (80 to 128 km), with a max speed of 68 mph (110 km/h), but since we noticed the VX-3 is a two-up machine, we'd like to know whether these values are real or just optimistic estimations for a skinny rider.

Now, for the announced $14,995 (€11,485) price, the Vectrix VX-3 should really be awesomely cool, if you see our point...
