We all know him as being a famous film director and undoubtedly one of the most influential film personalities in the history of films. Still, although he may be worth millions Steven Spielberg is still a man concerned about the environment and instead of driving a high-class luxurious vehicle, he prefers an electric car.
Yes, it seems the famous 67 year-old screenwriter, producer and business magnate left all the Porches and Maybachs and went for a Tesla model S. Spielberg was recently spotted in Brentwood California driving the said car while heading to a high powered Hollywood lunch.
Apparently, more and more celebrities find the Tesla an attractive vehicle and more importantly love the fact that it is environmentally friendly. The car is actually fits the famed director quite well as if we were to discuss the vehicle’s interior, we’ll come across a very science-fiction like cabin. The seats are cantilevered proud of the flat floor, with an uncluttered full-width floor space, making the Tesla S model’s interior quite unconventional.
Thus, since Spielberg is well known for his inclination towards everything related to science fiction, we can say that the car is just right for him. It is not your most high-class vehicle but not your average family sedan either, the car being priced at around USD 60,000. Still, for Steven this is a small price to pay for helping preserve the environment.
