Stephen Colbert Is Seinfeld’s Final Guest of the Season at Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee

First he interviews Eminem on a public access cable show in Monroe, Michigan. Then he takes the steering wheel of a classic Morgan and gives the shivers to Jerry Seinfeld, who watched the comedian missing the gears. Stephen Colbert is clearly bored and needs some activity to fill up his spear time until September when he’ll take over from David Letterman on CBS’ The Late Show.

Before we explain ourselves, we need to take first things first. This season of Comedians in Cars Getting Coffee is about to end, and to celebrate the occasion Jerry Seinfeld kept one of the most successful people in the biz. After all, Colbert has won nine Primetime Emmy Awards, two Grammy Awards, and two Peabody Awards.

Crackle has recently released the teaser of the last episode, and as we mentioned before, Stephen is clearly not the best driver out there. We do like how the white beard and the “Obviously, I am more feminine” answer to Seinfeld's question if he or his father is.

About the car, however, it’s almost better than “the cast”, considering we’re looking at a 1964 Morgan. It does hurt our eyes to see how the incoming Late Show host is missing those gears with the shaft.

Jerry seems to be as affected as would any petrolhead be, considering we all know these beauties don’t come cheap. All in all we can’t wait for the season finale to be released tomorrow, and until then we can only hope nobody actually ruined the car in any awful way.
