Ever wanted to see more tuned Range Rover Sport SUVs in one place than at a Premier League football club? Look no further than the parking lot of fame customizers Startech, who are like the Brabus of British SUV tuning.
Since both the Range Rover and its Sport brother are much more civilized than their predecessors, we find nothing wrong with the way they look. But some people want sportscar body kits on 4x4 and Startech offers exactly that.
They even make a widebody kit that extends 30mm on each side and can be matched with massive 23-inch wheels. These wheels are lighter than the factory ones and are available with sticky 305/30 R 23 high-performance tires. But the tuner has already prepared 21-inch and 22-inch wheel+tire combos for those who want a more relaxed ride.
The most dramatic improvements have been made to the front bumper, which now sports massive air intakes and a new set of LED daytime running lights. However, a quick peak under the rear reveals a massive carbon diffuser; because everybody needs downforce when they're going offroading or to the mall.
Being Land Rover specialists, Startech can also tune up your engine. For example, the RR Sport's V6 diesel can be fitted with a power pack called the SD 30 S, which increases the output to 323 PS from 292 PS. Torque is also boosted by 80 Nm to 680 Nm (501 lb-ft). As a result, this model will brutishly catapult itself to 100km/h (62mpg) in 6.9 seconds.
