Star Nitemare Custom Cruiser by Scott Laitinen

Star Motorcycles started unveiling the custom bikes they've chose for the video calendar, and next in line is Scott Laitinen's Nitemare.
The Star Nitemare is built on a Road Star but the final result looks simply stunning and will keep on turning heads wherever it shows up. Every detail of the Star Nitemare is as striking as it is unique and this makes it an awesome creation.

There are few things which have not been touched and the engine is one of them, as Scott claims it had all he needed in terms of torque, power and character, so the power unit received only some cosmetic touches.

On the other hand, the rest of the bike fare way better as far as custom workmanship is concerned. The fork got a new rake and received a huge front wheel, most likely a 30” one, matching the insane 330mm rear tire. Both rims are oneoffs, machine cut and look truly frightful, with all the spikes and awesome artwork.

The air intake is a massive presence above the dash and I actually works, letting air pass through the middle of the very bike. It sports the same rectangular shape like the exhaust passing underneath the seat and integrated in the tail of the bike.

Finally, the last striking aspect of the Star Nitemare is the “alien tentacle headlight” as Scott himself likes to call it. The headlight is loaded at the end of a curved rod starting in the lower front of the engine and following the line of the front wheel's fender, all in a most uncanny yet awesome declaration of custom design supremacy.

The Road Star Nitemare is definitely not the everyday cruiser, but the looks are simply killer.
