Teased for quite some time, Yamaha's Star dragster-ish machine Bolt surfaced earlier this spring and enjoyed a warm welcome. And since the Bolt was already a respected presence in the line-up of the Japanese manufacturer, it was only natural that Two Brothers Racing prepared a special exhaust for it.
The splip-on canister comes in either aluminium or carbon fiber, and delivers a 5 HP gain at 5,000 rpm, with 3.5 extra HP at peak. Torque is also increased, as the TBR silencer brings 6 lb-ft (8.1 Nm) at 4,250 rpm, with the peak value increased by 3.5 lb-ft (4.7 Nm).
Installing the Two Brothers Racing Bolt Black or Silver series cans also shaves a good 8.75 lbs (4 kg) off your nifty ride, adding to the overall nimble character of the machine. The TRBR Star Bolt package includes the X-Lite retaining ring and the premium M2 muffler. Oh, and yes: the Bolt looks even better now!
