Citroen's tagline "Creative Technology" has somewhat lost its edge over the years, as the French carmaker is ditching the hydropneumatic suspension that made them so famous. However, the double chevron is still keen on making everything 100% original and cool.
That fact is obvious when you look at vehicles like the the new C4 Picasso or the DS5. But a few days ago, our spies have caught up with yet another weird and wonderful Citroen.
They tell us it could be the successor for the Jumpy, replacing the current Fiat Ducato twin brother which has been in production since 2006. But the interesting think is, this doesn't look like any van-based MPV because the rear overhang is short.
Internal sources state that this car is being developed under the codename K-Zero and will enter production in 2015 in Sevel Nord. The same factory used to make the Eurovans (Citroen C8, Peugeot 807), which look a lot more like this test prototype than the Jumpy and Jumper.
Even at this early stage, it's clear that Citroen is evoking the Tubik and taking design cues from the sexy mobility concept they revealed back in 2011 at the Frankfurt Motor Show, something you should definitely check out.
