The 2014 Nissan Qashqai has been spotted again by our skilled spy photographers, who were lucky enough to stumble upon a vehicle wearing normal camouflage, unlike the previous prototype that was wrapped in black plastic bags held together with tape.
Nissan’s best-selling vehicle in Europe will arrive for the 2014 model year with better interior trim and a new base engine - a supercharged 1.2-liter units that replaces the old 1.6-liter powerplant. In addition, the 1.5-liter diesel will gain a new turbo and a couple of other improvements that will improve torque and reduce fuel consumption.
The new vehicle will be revealed later this year, with production to commence at Nissan plant in Sunderland, the United Kingdom, in December.
