After seeing the F32 4 Series Coupe's interior yesterday we are lucky enough to get a glimpse of the newest convertible from BMW, the 4 Series Cabrio. These spyshots are even more important when you consider that the future BMW model will replace an iconic Bimmer.
The replacing of the 3 Series Cabriolet and Coupe with the new 4 Series came as a shock to the BMW world. However, this move could've been anticipated considering that BMW's rival Audi already launched a new model, the A5, for this respective niche.
Today's spyshots show us some interesting details for the first time. The shape of the new hard-top roof is visible and shows us the impressive size it will have. It seems that the new 4 Series Cabriolet will be bigger than the old E93 Convertible and just a little smaller than the F13 6 Series.
An interesting thing about this new model is that it will also have a 4-door coupe variant, almost the same as the 6 Series Gran Coupe and the Audi A5 Sportback. It was pretty obvious that BMW will create a similar model in order to acquire a new segment as Audi's car will surely need competition.
