As we're waiting for the 2014 F10 5 Series LCI to be unveiled, the Bavarian manufacturer keeps on testing it. That means that we get the opportunity to see it, even in disguise, like in today's spyshots from China.
The current 5er turns 4 this year and the German manufacturer will be looking to refresh its looks with a minor facelift. The official unveiling is expected to take place at the Shanghai Motor Show, in April.
Due to a series of spyshots and a leaked photo, we now know how the 2014 5er will look like. The front fascia will be slightly redesigned, featuring sleeker headlights and repositioned fog lights.
Round the back, we'll see a reworked exhaust system integrated into the rear bumper and minor changes done to the taillights. New features will include optional adaptive LED lights and new alloy wheels.
The interior will remain basically the same, changes being limited to a new iDrive system along with ConnectedDrive features.
