After a curious rendering from Autobild we got lucky today and the guys from auto.163.com published some new spyshots with the 5 Series LCI completely undisguised in China.
These new spyshots show us the front and rear of the car in what seems to be the final shape. The front side has new, bigger fog lights and some new chrome details around them. We're not so sure the American and the European markets will embrace easily this new trim but the Asian market will surely like it, and that is currently the biggest BMW market.

The air splitters remind us of the X6 look and are now a bit bigger. The rear bumper had some lines redesigned here and there, but that is not the biggest change. Overall, the one that take the cake is the redesign of the tailpipes. They are not shaped like the 7 Series bigger brother's and give the 5er a more luxurious aspect.

At the moment, we don't know if there will be any significant changes done to the interior. We do know there will be some new engines added to the range and the cylinder dimmer option will come to life too.

An interesting fact is that the Autobild rendering wasn't far of what we're seeing in these photos. That means that the BMW facelift is becoming more predicable than ever.
