Aston Martin Rapide is surely one of the hottest topics for car enthusiasts around the world these days as the British manufacturer is getting ready for the official unveiling of the car. And these new spyshots do nothing more but to confirm that Aston Martin is indeed close to release the Rapide. The new model has been spotted by photographers with no camo at all, showing exactly the elements we talked so many times before.

The Rapide will be capable to accommodate up to four passengers, with two individual seats placed in the back, separated by a rear console which allows rear passengers control a bunch of functions, such as air conditioning and infotainment systems. And speaking of infotainment, the car will be offered with two LCD screens mounted in the front seats.

As for the exterior, the "most elegant four-door sports car in the world", as Aston Marton Chief Executive Dr. Ulrich Bez described it, looks incredibly appealing, with the aerodynamic body contributing to the overall aggressive stance on the road. Large grille, LED turning signals and hood scoops, are all available on the new Aston Martin.

The engine will be a 6.0-liter V12 unit that will release around 470 bhp (350 kW) and 600 Nm of torque. It will be mated to a Touchtronic transmission, especially tweaked for the best driving comfort and performance figures.

The car is expected to be officially unveiled at the Frankfurt Auto Show next month. Pricing is yet to be released, but some media reports are hinting the Rapide could go around $200,000 when it will hit the market later this year.
