Spyshots: Aston Martin DBS or DB10

Aston Martin makes some of the prettiest cars on the planet, and their designs are so good looking that people have no problem saying they are pretty because they are quintessentially masculine cars.

This interesting creating is a prototype for the next big thing to come from the British marque. While the logical step on the evolutionary ladder is the replacement for the DB9, some sources suggest they will come with the DBS, not the new DB10 that will arrive first.

The DBS is still supposed to use its usual 6.0-liter engine that has been with us since the Ford days, but the V12 is expected to arrive with an output of 550 to 600 horsepower. This new engine will be mated to a ZF gearbox, replacing the old automatic.

If 40 or so more horsepower doesn’t impress, than the lighter chassis will, since this is expected to make use of aluminum to save weight. Either way, the new car is scheduled to arrive early next year.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
