Last time we met the Porsche 911 GT3 prototype, the vehicle was using a hefty amount of camouflage and hadn’t gained its specific rear wing. Of course, we were not pleased with this and it did take a while until we came across the car once again, but it was all worth it.
As you can see in the adjacent images, the sports car has lost its camo, and even though the front fascia isn’t well-finished, it is closer to production form than ever.
More importantly, the GT3 has gained its rear wing: as far as the fit and finish part goes, it’s the same story as with the aforementioned front bumper, but again, we are not getting seriously close to the final form. The vehicle also rides on centerlock rims, a signature for the GT3 model.
We still don’t know if Porsche will go for a manual or a PDK double-clutch gearbox, with the latter’s sales success indicating that it will be the one that will send the 450 hp (expected output) to the rear wheels.
