These are the latest spy photos of the Chrysler&Co test mule everybody calls the Jeepster. The car leaked out after a dealer presentation where it was being described as a B-SUV, and has been seen undergoing a series of tests everywhere from Colorado to mainland Europe.
So what's a B-SUV? Well, the easiest way to describe it is to give you a coupe of examples. The Nissan Juke is a small one, while the Buick Encore and Chevy Trax are larger examples. But all seem to have this innate MPV or minivan character about them, which defines their dynamic characteristics.

Jeeps is making its first B-SUV by starting off with the platform of the Fiat 500L, itself a B-segment car, or a subcompact if you will. But Just like the new Cherokee is bigger than most of the cars in this so too will the Jeepster have… substance.

This test mule was spotted out in the open in Scandinavia, where test engineers had left it "undefended" between an Audi RS Q3 and an old Volvo. There's nothing particularly interesting to see here – it's just a 500L with a different front bumper. We don't even know what sort of engines will be offered, but it would make sense to sell it with the 160 hp 1.4-liter turbo in the US.

Europeans will probably be offered a Fiat-based diesel, such as the 1.6-liter with 120 hp that powers everything from the 500L to the Suzuki SX4 Cross.
