As rumored earlier this year, the current Dodge Challenger and Charger are set to get a refresh for the 2015 model year, before being completely redesigned in 2017.
Although actual details of the 2015 Challenger are still unknown, a prototype that was caught testing in Michigan by our skilled photographers may help us identify some of the updates the musclecar will be getting.
Judging by the camouflage covering the front end and the reports that surfaced earlier this year, the 2015 Challenger will most likely feature a reworked front spoiler and a revamped hood. Our photographers say the rear bumper has a new design, especially around the exhaust tips area, but it’s possible the Challenger will also receive a set of slightly modified taillights.
Even though the 2015 Challenger is expected to arrive with a redesigned interior, the prototype spotted in Michigan featured nothing new in the cabin, sharing everything with the current model.
