It seems like there will be a plethora of new technologies imbued in the new 2014 MINI Cooper models. The MINI Hatch will be unveiled Monday but for other variants we’ll have to wait a bit more.
Other variants include the already discussed 5-door hatch and the MPV that we showed you earlier. Another new model to be launched will be the Convertible.

Our latest batch of spyshots caught the summertime prowler on the back of a flatbed trailer, wearing even less disguise than the last time we saw it.

This time though, a small detail caught our eye. On the front bumper we noticed parking sensors, a clear indication that the new MINI will benefit from some sort of parking assistant that will take over and park the car whenever you don’t feel like it.

Even if these presumptions prove to be wrong, the front parking sensors will still be a first for MINI that was renowned for being one of the few last premium vehicles that lacked such amenities.
