The Ford Fiesta Facelift is a huge sales success and Ford wants to see if it can do a repeat performance by refreshing its bigger brother.
The Focus hatch made its European debut in 2010 and the good news was that under the "One Ford" system the US model adopted the same design. Things like the 1-liter EcoBoost engine or an all-electric model were enough to keep us interested, but customers found the looks were a bit hard to swallow.

Despite the heavy black plastic camouflage at the front, we pretty much know what's under there. The small upper grille has been deleted and is replaced with a larger chrome unit. To balance out the front end, a small slit will be added to the bottom. To make things easier to understand, we've added photos of the Focus Electric and Focus ST to the gallery below, both of which have the design we're talking about.

Engine wise, the 2014 Ford Focus could benefit from the 1.5-liter EcoBoost engine as well as revised versions of existing units.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
