Right as we were looking over all the details of the new 4 Series Convertible, our spies sent us fresh photos of another 4 Series model.
Up until a few months ago, we didn't even have any 4 Series models, but soon a third model will join this brand new family. It really is amazing to think how compact premium cars have evolved from the time of the E30.
So what makes the 4 Series Gran Coupe. Even though people might confuse it with the 3 Series, the car will be posher and more dynamics. Unlike many 4-door coupes on the market, BMW made this one as practical as possible, so the greenhouse is tall for extra headroom, while a decent boot as well.
This particular test prototype shows many new details and is basically as good as it gets, short of the M4. The optional M Sport package, the 3-liter engine of a 435i model and Estoril Blue paint are just some of the goodies we were easily able to spot.
Expect the only 4 Series four-door model to debut next year. The reveal should come in early spring, followed by production in June or July.
