The Mercedes Benz GLK-Class compact SUV was only recently introduced as a 2010 model but already the German engineer are hard at work developing a facelift version incorporating the new design language. The car that will likely debut late next year has been spotted by our dedicated team of spy photographers while it was undergoing rigorous winter testing in Sweden.
This is the first time we were able to bring you shots of the interior of the car, where the biggest change will likely be the fact that the gear changer for the automatic model will be moved to the steering column instead of the center console. You can also check out the new ML-like air outlets.
On the outside, major changes will take place mainly in the headlight, which will have a new light tube and design, similar to that on the B-Class. Round the back, full LEDs will be used. The bumpers will likely also be slightly redesigned.
