The BMW 3-Series family is going to grow in leaps and bounds, and we’re glad to report that no 4-Series arrival rumors have been announced in a while.
After the sighting of the Gran Turismo we brought you earlier today, here are some fresh photo of the upcoming F31 3-Series Touring, which will likely debut in the coming months judging by the lack of camouflage.
Based on the new F30 platform of the sedan model, the F31 will also be longer and wider than the previous generation. This of course translates into more space inside.
Judging by the way this prototype puts its power down, xDrive might be available from the model’s launch, together with the most important engines in the 3er’s arsenal - the 2.0-liter diesel, the new 2.0-liter turbo petrol, and of course the range-topping 335i . The 3-Series Touring should be launched by the end of the year and will be available in the US as well.
