Spy Video:Alpina B3 Biturbo Touring at the Nurburgring

We reckon this one is going to be a cool car for the ages. BMW doesn't make an M3 Touring, and even if they did it wouldn't be as cool as this monster.

The Alpina B3 Biturbo is like an M3, but not an M3. It's powered by the older 3-liter twin-turbo straight-six engine, which was replaced by a single-turbo engine with the same displacement called the N55.

Alpina then took the engine a step beyond, pushing output to over 400 horsepower with sports exhaust from Akrapovic, a new fuel pump, spark plugs, wiring and ECU remap.

The German company already sells the B3 F30 sedan, which boasts 0 to 100 km/h in 4.2 seconds, 0 to 200 km/h in 14 seconds and a top speed of 305 km/h. But this is the B3 Touring we're looking at. It will be slightly slower, reaching 100 km/h in 4.3 seconds and a top speed of 302 km/h.

Our friend TouriClips spotted the B3 Touring at the Nurburgring wearing camouflage at the front and an unpainted rear bumper. It looks very planted, which could mean they worked with an xDrive model.
