Dutch designers gathered under the name Springtime bring forward one of the most beautiful and sleek electric bike concepts: Bolt.
The whole project is a cool and dreamy as possible, and the Bolt screams an exquisitely refined design, while at the same time retaining enough of the usual aggressive factor of a motorcycle. The swingarm-integrated suspension and rear fender leave the Bolt with an ample space between the rider seat an wheel, underlining the modern, futuristic accent of the machine.
And with the whole frame cleverly hidden behind a monocoque fairing, everything looks neat, no wires and no other elements visible. An example of truly clean design. The construction of the Springtime Bolt offers a massive storage space for batteries so in case this bike ever makes it into mass production, we can expect brutal performance specs.
Even if the future Springtime Bolt would be very powerful, we cannot help noticing the large-diameter rim-mounted front brake discs which will most likely offer enough stopping force for safe operation. We can only hope to see the Bolt in production one day, as it will most likely be an instant hit.
