The launch of the all-new Bugatti Chiron hypercar at the Geneva Motor Show was a kind of "stop the presses" moment for everybody, not just the auto industry. The entire world knows about the legendary Veyron model, thanks to rappers and football players. Now, there's a new one with 50% more power and superior styling.
Usually, cars don't appear in dealerships the same month as their official debut. But the Chiron was sitting in the Bugatti Boutique & Showroom in Munich at the end of March. They've even got one in a totally different color to the Geneva model and the guy filming the walkaround video says a lifestyle collection has already been built around the Chiron. In the latter part of the video, you can check out all the pieces that are available in the EB Ettore Bugatti line and the Bugatti Performance line, including alligator leather sunglasses and the best pens you've ever seen.

Let's repeat the numbers like a national anthem! 0 to 62 miles per hour takes less than 2.5 seconds, according to Bugatti. 0 to 124 mph (that's 200 km/h) takes less than 6.5 seconds. That's right, you can say that this thing is exactly twice as fast as a Golf GTI or Focus ST. For road use, the top speed is limited to 261 miles per hour, although it can go even faster if you use the unlock key.

Despite what the rumors claimed, Bugatti has not switched over to using hybrid technology. All of 1500 PS and 1600 Nm (1,180 lb-ft) of torque are coming from a quad-turbocharged powerplant.

The carbon fiber on this car is simply stunning, and you can see it everywhere from the rear bumper to the seats and doors. The interior is mind-blowingly beautiful, thanks to a combination of leather and ample aluminum components. The button to start the engine and the different driver modes are on the steering wheel, just like in the Porsche 918 and the Audi R8. It's a true work of art, and this time, Bugatti is going to make a profit on selling the 500 hypercars, thanks to a much higher starting price.

He also loves local car culture from all over the world, so don't be surprised to see him getting excited about weird Japanese imports, low-rider VWs out of Germany, replicas from Russia or LS swaps down in Florida.
