Spencer Pratt Breaks the Law

Known to the general public as the pseudo-actor who played a character in the famous TV series The Hills and as the person who probably enrages the Hollywood gossip press the most (after Paris Hilton of course), Spencer Pratt is someone who doesn't lack attention... especially negative attention.

This time, for the delight of those who really hate him, last week while driving through the streets of West Hollywood, the reality TV star got himself with a fine for not having front or back license plates on his car. However, it seems the crime is not of great importance to the police as all he has to do is get the tags and show them the right people. Still, he must pay $10 for the mess he created.

Coming across his name almost everywhere might actually put you in a certain difficulty. In fact, you could be wondering what made the guy that famous so that every insignificant detail about his existence becomes news material? For those who don't know, the assumed stardom and surprising fame he benefits from right now started with the reality show Princes of Malibu following other TV series of minor importance.

What is not known about this intriguing guy is that he's also related to the business sector. The guy has a management company, Innovator Management, which has not more than 4 clients, among them being Heidi Montag, his girlfriend.

As he seems to be a versatile person, the star is also Vice-President of a company that produces silver jewelry, Archangel L.A. Spencer's name appears in the music biz as well, working for 143 Records and the Precise Music Group that has only one artist. And as if these weren't enough, the star appears to be banned from every hot club in Hollywood, except one where Heidi pleads her boyfriend's cause. Having this in mind, no wonder he's such a notorious guy...
