Special Car Exhibition for Toyota Museum 25th Anniversary

For some of you, Toyota’s museum might sound as boring as manual knitting, but a true automotive enthusiast will know that the Toyota Automotive Museum is not just a place where old dusty Toyopets are showcased but the biggest automotive museum in the world. A total of 7,500 square meters of floors designated to tell a story of the auto industry through both preserved cars and their afferent publications, promo materials and even diecast scale models.
The Toyota Automobile Museum holds around 500 historic vehicles from numerous other manufacturers. Opened in April 1989, next month the facility will celebrate its 25th anniversary and it will held a special exhibition with this occasion.

The first of the special exhibits will run from April 19 to July 6, presenting an overview of the museum’s activities for the past 25 years as well as what goes on behind-the-scenes.

To show its appreciation to the public, the museum will lower entry prices by half and hand out original badges to visitors on a first-come first-served basis) from April 12 to 20. There will also be special family events held during the Golden Week holiday period (late April to early May).
