Honestly, we believe even a child would have done better than this old man in the video, provided we taught him the basics of road safety. That is, because one does not necessarily have to be a rocket scientist to understand that when steering left, the incoming vehicles have the right of way.

The scooter's done for, but as the rider was still able to walk to the side of the road, we can hope he was not hurt badly.
