With the Gymkhana series having reached its ninth installment (don't expect the counting to stop too soon), it's obvious that people are simply begging for the skit industry to deliver its take on the matter.
And Ford has reacted in the best way possible, releasing Snowkhana, its own parody - those of you who turned on their devices a bit late should know this is the 5th Snowkhana moment Ford delivers.

Mental Block (what do you mean you don't know his name?) is back behind the wheels of his scale model car and the imaginary driver takes his hooning further than ever.

The easy part of putting the stop-motion production together was taking care of the supplies, as Ford explains the clip requited seventeen LEGO trees, eleven cans of snow spray, a big can of expanding foam and even a pair of tights, which became a trampoline - given the YouTube magnitude we expect the video to reach, gathering all the bits and bieces, including the ones not listed above, seems like a facile task to us.

However, the "Ultimate Festive Blockbuster", as the animation is officially called, required tons of work from the crew behind it, who spend a whole month working on the 3:36 clip.

Some might wonder where the team got its inspiration from and it's enough to list a few of the Hollywood productions featured in the video to answer that question.

From Bullitt and Back To The Future to Forrest Gump and Back To The Future, there are tons of movie references here, many of which bring rather unexpected outcomes.

P.S.: While we're talking Gymkhana derivatives, we'll remind you Ford's Romanian arm has delivered its second custom take on the matter earlier this month, once again drifting a Fiesta rally car inside the country's Blue Oval factory.
