I saw a post on 9GAG a few years ago, showing a muscly guy with skinny leg. It had the tagline "friends don't let other friends skip leg day". After that, the meme blossomed and everybody knows about it, so much so that Smart made a song about it.
It came out a day before April Fools Day, but we frankly didn't have time for it, what with all those jokes we had to make. The song is called "Skipping Leg Day" and makes a great point: who needs strong legs anyway?

Between browsing Facebook and playing Game of War, nobody has 2 hours to spend at the gym, so leg press can just be ignored. The downside is that you look a little unbalance, but you can buy all the skinny jeans you want. And aren't thick legs for women like Nicki Minaj and Beyonce anyway?

To ensure riding a bike isn't a problem either, Smart has launched the Ebike, which has a battery installed inside the frame and uses an electric motor to assist you with pedaling.

The Ebike is powered by a 200 watt BionX electric motor installed into the rear wheel hub, which starts working after the rider selects one of the four power assistance modes and starts pedaling. Depending on external factors, its 423 Wh lithium-ion battery offers a range of up to 100 kilometers before needing to be recharged.

here are some drawbacks. For example, it weighs 26 kg (57 lbs), so it's many times more cumbersome than a regular one. Prices start at around €3,000 or £2,500, so while you are skipping leg day, you may have to eat cup noodles to save more money.
