SLS AMG Roadster With MEC Design Exhaust Sounds Mean

The Germans from MEC Design are known for their wide array of body kits and styling solutions for Mercedes-Benz cars, including custom wheels and lately, even exhaust systems.
Their 4-pipe stainless steel exhaust system for the Mercedes-Benz SLS AMG, for example, is a pretty good way to make the modern Gullwing sound even more vicious than a stock one.

The version nicknamed “Apocalypse” sounds pretty much like its name suggests, with a highly-increased level of burble at low rpm and a straight up lion's roar at higher rpm.

Don't believe us? Just click on just about any of the videos bellow, where MEC Design used an SLS AMG Roadster to scare just about any small animal and child in an area of a couple miles.

Now, if only the upcoming M177/M178 family of AMG engines will provide at least half of the base needed for this kind of unholy sound like the M159 in the SLS AMG...
