For some reason, about every month of so, the Japanese branch of Mercedes-Benz releases a limited edition of a random model.
The last time we told you about a limited edition Mercedes-Benz for the land of the rising sun it was at the end of August, and the car in question was the 1st Anniversary Edition of the M-Class, which was limited to just 100 units.
Now it's time for yet another 100 units limited edition model, only this time it's a special Mercedes-Benz SLK 200 roadster called Radar Safety Edition.
Its pricing is not exactly low, at JPY6,33 million, but the standard features of the model more than make up for the higher cost.
We are first talking about the standard Radar Safety Package, which includes the Pre-Safe Braking system, Distronic Plus, Brake Assist Plus, Blind Spot Assist and Lane Keeping Assist. Apart from that you also receive Parktronic, Magic Sky Control panormaic roof, Solar Red ambient lighting, light and rain sensors, a special white paint for the exterior and a Bengal Red Nappa leather interior.
