Slammed Rolls-Royce Cullinan Looks Like a Bad Boy

Rolls-Royce Cullinan Lowered on 24-inch Rotiform Wheels 1 photo

Can you imagine the amount of work Rolls-Royce engineers invested into setting up the ride and handling of the Cullinan, the carmaker's first SUV? Well, with the example we have here, you can forget all about that well-studied ground clearance.
You see, the RR Cullinan sitting before us, which comes from Boden Autohaus, has been lowered and while I don't have the value for the ride height visible in the images below, it looks like this now rides at the kind of level you'd find on an urban crossover.

The we have the custom wheels. Supplied by Rotiform, these are the the VCE-T model and I'm certain the way in which they mix with the Cullinan styling cues will split opinions (I admit that, in my book, this is a mix that pleases the eye).

However, I'm not a big fan of fitting an SUV with 24-inch rollers, simply because these will affect the ride.

Then again, this is the way the tuning subculture works these days and it looks like lowered machines are enjoying more and more popularity, whether this involves SUVs or supercars. So let's take the time to talk about a few examples.

As far as SUVs go, the most social media-famos project we've discussed to date has to go to this widebody Lamborghini Urus, which was done by RDBLA.

In terms of supercars, we need to mention two different genres. The first involves machines that are no longer new, such as these Ferraris and Lamborghinis from Japan.

As for the second, this has two sub-genres. The wheel reduction camp doesn't spare any machine, not even track specials such as the Ferrari 488 Pista. Then we have the downright drop team, which involves toys such as this Lamborghini Huracan (it's a more complex build, with packs a twin-turbo kit, among others).
