Widely known for envisioning intriguing versionst of already available vehicles, car designer Theophilus Chin seems to have taken a shine to Skoda lately.
After taking a shot at Skoda's Citigo with a Citroen DS3-like canvas roof variant, the inspired "automotive manipulator" imagined a Skoda crossover based on the Volkswagen Taigun concept.
Named Jedi, as in "Junior (baby) Yeti", the compact crossover blends the overall design of the Volkswagen Taigun with a few Skoda styling cues, such as the front grille or the headlights.
While a new, smaller crossover from Skoda seems like a great idea that may receive a warm welcome in the segment, it's not up to us, or Theophilus Chin for that matter, to decide if a Jeti-based vehicle will ever see a production line.
In other Skoda related news, the Czech automaker launched two new special edition at the Geneva Motor Show, the Skoda Fabia Monte Carlo and the Skoda Roomster Noire.
