Shrunken Alfa Romeo Giulia QV Smiles in the Face of Delay Adversity

We are now one week away from the moment we found out the Alfa Romeo Giulia would, once again, be delayed. However, with the company denying this, we're not really sure what to expect.
Well, we've spent just enough time running between high and low emotions as Fiat Chrysler's slippery time frame has risked ruining all the fun provided by the Giulia QV, so we've decided to laugh it all off.

We are, of course, sharing this positive vibe with you, as it's all possible thanks to the image above. The "Honey, I Shrunk the Car" treatment has been applied to the Giulia QV just when we thought the Internet had left this form of diminutive entertainment behind.

Given the 503 hp (metric system aficionados should switch that with 510 PS) output of the Giulia's QV incarnation, we're ready for an exercise of imagination and this is a party you're all invited to.

If the rendering above, which comes from Hansen ART, doesn't even manage to put a micro-smile on your face, then perhaps this isn't the kind of approach for you.

In such a case, we could ask you to try and calculate how many hp such a tiny Giulia QV would need to remain the fastest sedan on the Nurburgring, a title the real car has managed to achieve.

Those of you who haven't updated their list of Nordschleife times should be reminded the Italian temptress managed to lap the 'Ring in 7m39s. And when you mix a Lexus LFA-league Nurburgring time with this sort of looks, you may be allowed to show up on the market later than announced.

Oh, and let's not forget the real-world soundtrack of the Giulia, with the QV model having no shame in giving away the Ferrari origins of its twin-turbo V6 through its voice.
