SheADV Is THE Resource for Female Adventure Riders

The fact that more and more women are interested in motorcycling is old news. We recently reported on all-time high numbers of ladies who take to riding a bike in the US, and the tendency is just the same around the world. So that's why we now cheer and welcome the birth of SheADV, a massive and thrilling online resource hub for ladies who are adventure riders.

SheADV is more than a simple website; it stands for a whole social group and represents a growing community of riding women who do what many men don't. SheADV includes events and social media channels for its members and the fans of adventure motorcycling, allowing people to exchange information, tips, advice, and make plans for their future trips.

This community is open to riders of all skills, from ladies who are new to motorcycling or new to this side of life, up to seasoned riders who share their expertise with the rest.

SheADV is supported by Touratech USA and S Squared Moto Adventures

Shal Wilson and her partner Steph Terrien thought about a way to help women get familiarized better with motorcycle riding. After sharing this vision with Touratech USA CEO Paul Guillien, Shal and Steph's S Squared Moto Adventures project received support from Touratech to transform the dream into reality.

And if anyone is wondering whether they should consider checking out SheADV or not, here's Shal's list of questions. If you answer "yes" to any of them, then SheADV should be the next destination for you.
  • Are you a female rider who loves to travel?
  • Do you ride off-road on gravel, dirt, or trails...or want to?
  • Have you mostly stuck to pavement but are curious about riding in the backcountry?
  • Do you not yet ride a motorcycle but notice you keep oogling them with wonder?
  • Does your heart rate quicken when you even think about riding?
  • Are you a man that knows a woman who rides, or is considering riding?
