SES To Sponsor the 2011 TT Zero Race

Telecommunications satellite operator SES has partnered with the Isle of Man Government Department of Economic Development to sponsor the 2011 TT Zero race, part of the TT Races,which is set to take place on June 8. Last year’s winners, the Americans at Motoczysz, will be participating at this year’s event as well.

The Isle of Man Government has offered a £10k prize to the first team to record the time, and this year has also offered a £5k prize to the first university team.

The company will benefit from a series of sponsor benefits including title sponsorship of the TT Zero race as well as becoming the exclusive ‘Satellite Technology’ partner of the TT Races. The company logo will feature on the startline, podium and winner’s enclosure as well as trackside branding and the TT Zero race bikes. The company will also have a presence on the official iomtt.com website.
