Senner Audi A5 Cabrio Released

After revealing the package for the Audi A1 a few days ago, the tuners at Senner have launched their interpretation of the Audi A5 Cabrio, which includes an RS bodywork to give it a more aggressive look. Exterior enhancements include a new front spoiler with larger air intakes, a new grille, RS5-like exterior mirrors and diffuser fins at the back.

The Senner Audi A5 Cabrio has also received a new exhaust system with 4 tailpipes 88x74 mm in diameter and a roof that can now be opened or folded via radio signals.

Creating the physical and visual connection to the road are the 20 inch Verianza TIS (on the right) and the Schwert SC1 (on the left) light alloy wheels, all wrapped in Vredstein tires.

The tuners have also made some interior modifications as well. “Prestige in the interior is taken care of with surfaces made from leather and extensive carbon fibre applications. The carbon set at Senner Tuning Inc. includes a tacho blend, the S-Line sports steering wheel, an ash tray cover as well as a further extension of door applications, not exactly made with cheap material,” Senner says.

Performance wise, the Audi A5 Cabrio has also been tweaked by Senner, with its 2.0-litre TFSI unit from under the bonnet now being able to deliver 275 horsepower and 430 Nm of torque thanks to new sport air filters and a remapped ECU.

Pricing for the modifications performed on the Senner Audi A5 Cabrio can go up to EUR19,900, while the vehicle basic price including special tuning rests at EUR55,000.
