Remember the senior Taiwanese motorcyclists we reported about early in 2013? Well, the Grandriders, as they are known now now are touring Southern California, promoting the documentary "Go Grandriders" about their daring endeavor and optimistic approach on life.
With the goal to change the way people think about aging, the Grandriders, whose youngest member is 74, set out on a new journey to show the world that the age is less of ab insurmountable obstacle as long as true passion is the motor of life.

The oldest member of the Grandriders is 94, and the crew still plans to ride until the last drop of life is spent. The group leader passed away after convincing his friends to get back on their bikes and ride once more.

Ten of the original 17 seniors are now touring SoCal, after completing the inspiring 730-mile journey arounthe Taiwan island in 13 days with support from the Hondao Senior Citizens Welfare Foundation.

They have ridden together with representatives of the local American Grand Riders, a similar group of motorcyclists. With some of the riders fighting diseases, such as arthritis, cancer, and heart conditions, words fail trying to describe how cool these men and one woman are.
