Fancy a beastly bike in the vein of the new 2013 Kawasaki ZX-14R? How about making it even better, faster, lighter and more powerful? Two brothers Racing announces their all-new slip-on dual-canister exhausts for this amazing sport-touring machine, one of the niftiest additions you can think of.
Being a two-exhaust system, we're talking about some serious weight shaved off the ZX-14R: the TBR upgrade drops 20 lbs (9 kg) and this is no joke, as it the bike itself weighs in at 590 lbs (267 kg).
In terms of power and torque, Two Brothers Racing claims the new exhausts will add 5.8 HP at 6500 rpm, which is awesome, given the nature of the bike's rpm range. At the same time, some extra 4.6 lb-ft (~ 6 Nm) of torque are to be produced at the same rpm.
The new TBR Kawasaki ZX-14R cans come with a cast magnesium end cap, X-Lite retaining ring and V.A.L.E. connection system. Announced prices are $768.98 (€590) for the polished aluminum version and $979.98 (€752) for the carbon or titanium models.
