A car that goes from naught to 100 km/h (62 mph) in under 10 seconds is definitely no supercar, but it's by no means a slow POS that will leave you stranded when trying to make a pass on the highway. A car that can reach 200 km/h (124 mph) in the same amount of time is something truly special, even among most modern supercars.
The following short video depicts the dashboard of an SLS AMG that has been tuned by the Danish supercharging specialists from Kleemann while undergoing a rather hardcore acceleration test.
From the YouTube description, the only modifications are in the form of a Kleemann supercharger and a new exhaust system with butterfly valve control. Result? No less than 760 hp and 880 Nm (649 lb ft).
According to Kleemann, the car can now accelerate from 0 to 200 km/h (124 mph) in around 9.3 seconds with the electronic stability program switched on, since the rear tires will fight to brake traction up until 150 km/h (93 mph) speeds are reached. Turn your volume up for a better AMG-exhaust experience, as usual.
