The latest Brabus tuning package for the Mercedes-Benz ML 63 AMG was launched along others at last year's Frankfurt Motor Show, when the B63S-700 kit really upped the ante on the already fast M-Class.
Courtesy of a new intake system engulfed in actual gold for better cooling, an all-new roaring exhaust system and a Brabus ECU, the M157 engine no longer delivers 525 hp (or 557 hp with the Performance Package), but a much more satisfying 700 hp and 960 Nm (708 lb ft) of torque.

Thanks to the new specification numbers, the ML 63 AMG with the Brabus B63S-700 package can hit 100 km/h (62 mph) in just 4.4 seconds, while the SUV's top speed is electronically-limited to 300 km/h (186 mph) “to protect the tires.”

Seeing that behemoth of an engine being paired with a black M-Class with the Brabus Widestar bodykit is a bit like seeing the sequence when the alien fighter is docking the mothership in Independence Day, isn't it?
