Sebastien Vettel to Celebrate F1 Title on KTM ATV

German driver Sebastien Vettel is expected by fans at Berlin’s historic Brandenburg Gates tomorrow, November 27, in order to celebrate his newly won F1 racing title. In fact, the 23-year-old champ will be riding a KTM ATV in order to make contact with as many of his fans as possible.

The event is to be held in the German capital between 12:00 noon and 14:00 hours on Saturday.

“It has long been Vettel’s dream to return in triumph to the city’s distinct “Fan Mile” which became a famous and enduring image as a place where thousands of fans celebrate the German National Team’s football triumphs. Now is his moment,” a statement from KTM reads.

Sebastian, who has been a KTM rider for years, also has close ties with the KTM Motorsports Department.

“And because Vettel will want to reward all of his fans who lent him and the Red Bull Team so much support during the season, he will use a KTM ATV as his local mode of transport so that he can reach as many as possible of those who line the streets to help him celebrate,”
the statement continues.

This will not be the first time this year that Vettel deploys the KTM ATV to get up close and personal with his fans. During the summer he returned to his home town in Heppenheim (Germany) to give his thousands of dedicated fans a pre-taste of the action they would see at the German GP and on this occasion Vettel also chose a KTM ATV for his fun mode of “local transport”.
