Built on the same chassis that underpins the cheeky Skoda Citigo and the candid Volkswagen up!, the SEAT Mii has also been something of the ugly duckling of the trio. But in Cosmopolitan clothes, the Mii looks much, much better than the standard Mii.
Presented as “a car built for the lifestyle of the Cosmopolitan audience,” the SEAT Mii by Cosmopolitan is just as glossy as the cover of Cosmo mag. It even has a badge on the trunk door that reads “Cosmopolitan loves Mii.” What’s more, ever single one of those three words is written in three different fonts. By good fortune, none of them is Comic Sans.

The special edition model built in conjunction with the leading fashion publication is also dubbed “a car that adapts to today’s lifestyle by providing amazing solutions that are both intuitive and easy to use.” Pardon my French, but other than the funky paint and even more offbeat cabin design, this is just your run-of-the-mill SEAT Mii. Be that as it may, it is clearly tailored to the needs of fashion-conscious women.

Available in Violetto (pictured) or Candy White, the champagne-like bismuth mirror caps, two-tone alloy wheels, and the jewel-like LEDs incorporated into the front bumper give this Mii its own personality. Inside, the chic theme carries on with the champagne finish that's used in areas such as the air vents, infotainment system frame, and stitching.

The violet seats upholstered in Alcantara are another highlight, as are the front footwells which reads exactly the same thing as the badge at the rear end of the car: “Cosmopolitan loves Mii.” When it comes down to more manly things, such as the oily bits, this girly interpretation of the Spanish city car doesn’t have anything remotely stimulating to reveal.

Just like its standard siblings, the SEAT Mii by Cosmopolitan can be had in three flavors: three cylinders with 60 horsepower and a five-speed manual, three cylinder with 75 horsepower and an automatic available as an optional extra, as well as a CNG-powered engine that develops just about 68 ponies.

Slated to go on sale in early 2017 and available in three- or five-door body styles, the SEAT Mii by Cosmopolitan comes as standard with something called Cosmopolitan Lifestyle Collection. The most important feature that comes with the said package is a wireless charging cell phone battery.
