Schuberth has not made any statements whether or when will the RiderEcall technology be implemented with the emergency response systems in North America, but we can only guess that insurance companies and governments will show manifest interest in it.

The RiderEcall is a fully-automated system which alerts the quick response center in case a crash occurs, and sends GPS data for guiding in the nearest medical unit and the cops. Even though the new presentation video is in German and has no subtitles, checking out our former report on the RiderEcall and the animations should make things pretty clear.

The Schuberth RiderEcall gadget retails in Europe for €499 ($650) and the service will be available with a yearly subscription whose price is yet unknown. Buying the RiderEcall also offers 24 months of free service subscription, and a free system check is offered with the 2 years renewal.
