Say you don’t travel that much to actually buy a proper RV, and can’t you afford a vacation house somewhere in the mountains. But you do know some unique places where you could easily spend a beautiful romantic holiday with your wife. What do you do?
Some of us dream about waking up one morning with our accounts loaded overnight and simply quit everything to go travel the world. Some would even buy a new Ferrari or maybe that Nissan GT-R we always dreamt about in college and simply drive forever. But in the real world, it will always be just a dream and that is that.

However, most of us do have some spare days we’re supposed to spend lasbeled under "holiday". Heck, in some countries you’re even forced to take the yearly days off, after all it’s for the safety of the entire company. Point is, tourism firms all around the world are continuously looking for a way to keep their customers close and some will do anything to win the competition race.

We are here to talk about, Scandic, which brags about being the unrivaled market leader in the Nordics, claiming to own around 230 hotels. One of their most recent services is the option to literally place your own personal hotel where ever you wish. Well, almost anywhere.

Instead of picking a location and then trying to find a hotel nearby, the service lets guests select the exact location of their hotel room. The company has built a special 18 square meter (193 square feet) mobile hotel room complete with two beds, bathroom and even a terrace area so you can properly enjoy the sights of the chosen destination. Guests can enjoy free WiFi, the usual fresh towels and complimentary toiletries, as well as an included breakfast each morning.

So far, reports are the takeaway hotel has been placed in central Stockholm, on a beach in Southern Sweden and by a lake in Finland. There will be limitations on the relief of the destination and so far you can only use the service in the summer, but we find it quite practical so we thought it was worth mentioning. In case you're wondering, the service costs SKR 2,500 per night ($331 or EUR266 at the current exchange rates).
