It looks like even the Germans got pretty bored of seeing the new M4 in the same old Austin Yellow paint. Sure, they developed it for this car alone and it does look good in it but variety never killed anyone. That’s why they brought 2 M4 Coupes at the 2014 Detroit Auto Show, one dressed in Sapphire Black.
That’s a color most enthusiasts are probably already accustomed to and got to really like it. It brings out the darkest dreams in your mind and makes you want to take off into the abyssal nowhere, never to come back.... Got a little sidetracked there, sorry.
The bottom line is, I love the way the M4 looks in black. Even the wheels followed the same pattern alongside all the exterior chrome, the whole car being worthy of the Shadowline nickname enthusiast are throwing around.
The interior, on the other hand, is more traditional, featuring while leather all around with carbon fibre trims (that’s a bit too much CF for me) and the best steering wheel in the business if you ask me. Check it out and let me know which is your favorite.
