Salon Prive Registering Most Succesful Year

The organizers of the Salon Prive announced that the show is enjoying its most successful year ever in terms of advance tickets, sales, exhibitor and hospitality bookings. Two of the three days are now close to sell-out, with the pace of ticket sales surpassing the levels registered in all previous years.

By June 1st, 2010, twice as many people had bought tickets to the event compared to 2009, which was the most successful year in the show’s history, with 4,500 visitors registered.

The response this year has been amazing, especially in returning visitors and exhibitors – to be almost sold out six weeks from the event is incredible. We’ve been determined to grown Salon Prive every year, but without losing the fundamental exclusivity and sense of occasion that makes it so popular. It is now firmly an event in both the motoring and London summer society calendars,” said co-founder, David Bagley.

The demand for tickets has been encouraged by Europe’s largest collection of classic and modern supercars and luxury vehicles. The latest new cars, including specialist sport cars and premium vehicles will be showcased on the lawns of London’s Hurlingham Club. The event, which will take place between July 21 and July 23, will also include a seven-category Concours d’Elegance, which will feature some of the world’s rarest classic cars.

Alongside the cars are special visitor displays, including Bentley craftsmanship and Rolls-Royce Bespoke design, while young designer, Lionel Virdee, will be showing a unique range of hand-made coffee tables and side tables, made from supercar wheels,” stated the press release.
